Dear Reader,

"Reliance" the other word for untrustworthy people. They again insulted me. If you would have been at my place, you would have thrashed the person.

After giving them more than 2 months time. None of the Reliance guys were able to help me. This shows their inefficiency in Customer Relations.

Yesterday, I called Mr. Vinesh (A Reliance Employee who was responsible to deliver my 12 PDCs. For more visit http://kharabsapna.tripod.com) in the morning and informed him that I will be visiting him at Sri Ram Mills (SRM - Town office of Reliance, Mumbai). He told that Mr. Jayanti Dangi will return all my PDCs. I asked him whether I need to take his prior appointment. He replied "No I had a talk with him and you can go directly and collect your PDCs". This was my mistake that I again rely on him.

Inspite of workload at my office, I managed to reach there by around 4:45 pm. Till 6:00 pm no one attended me. Then Ms Kavita asked me that she will return my 11 PDCs and does not know where the 12th PDC is.

After sometime she sent Mr. Santosh Agarwal to attend me. He also spoke the same words. I told him if he is unable to return all my PDCs they should return my 11 PDCs along with the Rs.1800/- for my 1 PDC that they are unable to give me. He gave me "N" number of reasons but how can I rely on them again??? On asking where is Mr. Jayanti Dangi, i was shocked to hear from Mr. Agarwal that he has already left the premises. This was a sheer insult to me. How can anyone do such thing? And Mr Thomas George (he calls himself the boss of that office) says that he has asked Mr Dangi to leave to Kolkatta. Ridiculous !!! Isn't it. More funny thing was he said he can understand my problem. I doubt. Instead of trying to solve my problem he started asking me personal questions. He was the most funniest character there and calls himself the boss??? Huh??

It was around 8:50 pm almost 4 hours I felt frustated and returned back with my 11 PDCs. They really torture innocent people as I believe. Please do not trust any of the Reliance guys near you and I request you to boycott Reliance India Mobile (Reliance Infocomm). Please foward this mail to all your friends, colleages, relatives and everyone you know, because I dont want any of us to be illtreated by them again.

Even though I will get all my PDCs, I will not keep quiet. I am going to go against Reliance. If you are with me reply back.

Dear Reader,

This is to make you people aware of the Reliance Administration and Its customer Support.

I, Deepak Gupta, have cancelled Reliance India Mobile even before it reached me. The main reason being very bad customer support and very bad behavior of Reliance Employees. I should say Reliance people are not at all trust worth. I am making this strong comment because I mean it strongly.

I just dont know how the Great businessmen like Mukesh Ambnani and Anil Ambani can afford to keep such people when they cannot solve thier customer's problem. They can give n number of excuses, but cannot solve even a simple problem. Now I can never be convinced by any of the Reliance Guys. I term all of them as "NON RELIABLE RELIANCE PEOPLE".

Many of the Reliance people promised me many things. None of them is completed till now on time. Its a record that should be published in "The Guiness Book of World Records". It should be a shame for all those people who have really exploited me and many people like me. Still I am awaiting for my 12 PDCs that are with Reliance people. They have not returned any till date. Mr Saurabh (Incharge of Mira-Bhy Area POS) promised me that he will return my PDCs on or before 10th April 2003. But he was not at all true to his words. I then talked to Mr. Vinesh (May be his colleague) on 10th/12th May (More than 1 month from the date that was promised to me by Mr. Saurabh). He then asked me 2 days time. I gave him 50 hrs., but I am extremely sorry to say that even Mr. Vinesh was not true to his words. The main strategy of these people is to transfer the calls to some other reliance people and put the ball in their court. They tried the same trick with me. Anyway finally they could find only 11 cheques of mine and they misplaced my first cheque. A ridiculous statement that I just cant believe as i have applied for the cancellation before the instrument ever reached me. So i think the cheque should be there intact with the other 11 cheques that they say they have found.

If this is the kind of sapna they are trying to show to Indians, I am afraid that they will have to close down their business soon.

I am really hurt by Reliance peopleand i dont want any of you to be hurt anymore. I just need to make all of you aware of this fact.

It is a request to all of you, please forward this mail to as many people you know and be aware of Reliance Guys around you. They may say many things but from my bitter experience I say you, that you will be left hanging. So please make all your friends and relatives aware of this.
